Charles M. "Mike" Moore, 57, of New Matamoras, passed away Friday (Oct. 19, 2012). Services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, W.Va. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
