Kerenyi scores high in character, integrity

November 5, 2012
The Marietta Times

I urge the voters of Washington County to elect Mark Kerenyi as Judge of the Court of Common Please.

One's evaluation of the most important qualities for election of a judge should begin with that candidate's character, integrity and honesty. Mark Kerenyi's life could well be used as the model of those personal attributes that every caring parent aspires to develop in their daughters and sons.

Mark has served his nation honorably in the United States Marine Corps and he is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He has served Washington County both as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and as Magistrate of the Common Pleas Court.

Mark Kerenyi gives generously of his time and resources to making Washington County a better place to live by serving as a member and leader in numerous area not-for-profit organizations. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Ann, and his children Thomas, age 8, and Christine, age 6.

For honesty and integrity in the Court of Common Pleas, I urge the citizens of Washington County to vote for Mark Kerenyi.
