Ohio did the right thing on PA bill

Ohio lawmakers were right this week to allow field experience in the Army to qualify someone as a physician assistant in the state. Prior to the bill, time served as a physician assistant in the Army couldn't count toward Ohio certification. It can now.

Highlights of House Bill 284 include:

Our veterans need to be able to use their experiences in the service toward obtaining solid jobs when they return. This is just one example of how that can work, and work well.
