Sherman Ramsey, 75, of Cleveland, formerly of Lower Salem, died Friday (Dec. 21, 2012) at Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland. Services are at 11 a.m. Friday at McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, 416 East St., Caldwell. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
