Barlow Twp. trustees meet Monday
The Barlow Township trustees have scheduled their regular meeting for 9 a.m. Monday. They will have a special meeting to discuss garbage bids at 7 p.m. Monday.
Crafts, stories, treats for kids at library
Children ages 3 to 6 are invited to come to the Marietta Library for an hour of stories, crafts and treats at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 26 in the Marietta library's meeting room, 615 Fifth St. Registration is required, by stopping by the Youth Services department, or calling 373-1057, Ext. 219.
Valentine's dinner, dance for autism
The third annual Valentine Dinner Dance for Autism will be held Feb. 9 at the Lafayette Hotel's Grand Sternwheel Ballroom in Marietta. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6, a live auction at 7 and dancing at 8.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at Aletha's Florist at Second and Greene streets or contacting Nicole Vannoy at 373-5739. All proceeds benefit the Autism Center of Southeastern Ohio.
Weekly clinics at county health office
The Washington County Health Department, 342 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, sponsors weekly immunization clinics from 1 to 6 p.m. Wednesdays and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays.
The fee is $10 per shot for childhood vaccinations or the Ohio Medical Card is accepted as well as Anthem insurance. No one will be turned away for inability to pay for childhood immunizations.

Warren Water
meets at fire station
The Warren Community Water and Sewer Association will hold its annual meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Warren Fire Station #1 on Ohio 550. Three trustees will be elected.
River of Life Church community dinner
A community dinner will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Jan. 18 at River of Life Church, 200 Franklin St., Marietta. The menu will include homemade soups, breads and desserts.
Pulled pork dinner
at Legion Post 159
There will be a pulled pork dinner from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at American Legion Post 159 in Williamstown. The Jinx band will perform at 9 p.m. The cost is $ 6 per person.
