Relay For Life team captains meeting
The Washington County Relay For Life will have a team captains meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Belpre Strecker Cancer Center.

Marietta FFA square dance on Jan. 19
The Marietta FFA January Square Dance will be held from 8 to 11 p.m. Jan. 19 in the Washington County Junior Fair Building. The cost is $5 per person, $8 per couple or $12 per family.
Annual youth free throw competition
The annual Marietta Knights of Columbus, Council #478, Free Throw Contest will be held at 2 p.m. Jan. 20 at St. Mary School in Marietta. The event is free and open to all boys and girls ages 10 to 14.
Winners at the council level advance to district competition in February.

Senior luncheon Jan. 17 in Reno
The Marietta Township senior luncheon will be held at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 17 at the Marietta Township Park and Recreation Center, 260 Sandhill Road, Reno. All senior citizens are invited to attend. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish.
Fair board spaghetti fundraiser Saturday
The Washington County Fair Board will hold a spaghetti dinner fundraiser at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Junior Fair Building at the Washington County Fairgrounds. The cost is a donation.

Benefit gospel sing at Cutler Center
A benefit gospel sing, auction and dinner for the Cline and Hysell family will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Cutler Community Center. The family had a house fire and lost nearly everything. Singers will include LuLu Mayle, Kayla Sparkman, Kay Cook, Irvin Mayle, Jeff Norman and Tim King. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish. Donations for the auction and family are being accepted.
