- Police dropped charges against William Lough, who was charged with killing Kihon Leon Laboresuk, a Russian laborer, on Jan. 18 at Fleming. Lough was released from custody after testimonies of eight witnesses.
- The possibilities of using part of the infirmary farm as an experiment farm are being investigated by a representative of the experiment station at Wooster.
