Pauline A. McClure, 93 of Zanesville, Ohio died Tuesday (May 21, 2013) at Morrison House Hospice in Zanesville. She was born March 9, 1920, in Harrisburg, Pa., daughter of Earl G. and Eva Belle Baker Sanger.
She was a homemaker and attended the Chandlersville Methodist Church. She was married Jan. 21, 1946, to Guy McClure who died April 9, 1968. She is survived by two sons, Terry McClure and wife Shirley of Zanesville and Dale McClure and wife Janet of Zanesville; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mabel May of Vienna, W.Va.; a brother, Maurice Allen Sanger of New Cumberland, Pa.; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband , parents and six brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly, Ohio, with Pastor Bob May officiating. Burial will be in Smith Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.mccurdyfh.com.
