Kindness at a downed tree is appreciated

July 15, 2013
The Marietta Times

On Wednesday, July 10, a bad storm hit our area between 5 and 8 p.m., causing power outages and flooding. Upper Rainbow Creek had the largest flooding that I experienced in over 40 years. Had to detour several times, but two men with a power saw sawed up a tree across the road on Hendershot Road. It was much appreciated as it was the only way to get home.
