Larry W. Adams, 60, of Fleming, passed away on Sunday morning (Sept. 22, 2013) at his home.
He was born a son of Earl V. and Esther Sciance Adams on Oct. 24, 1952. Larry was a truck driver, a member of Warren Chapel United Methodist Church and the National Rifle Association, was an Ohio State Buckeye fan, and loved hunting.
He is survived by his wife, Nikki Getchell Adams; sons, Christopher (Anita) Adams and Brian (Stacey) Adams; his daughter, Kelly (Tom) Byrne; three stepsons, Nicholas, J.R. and Donnie Therriault; and grandchildren, Corey, Casey and Alexandria Adams, Caitlin, Christian and Gabe Byrne. He is also survived by brothers, Robert (Patty), Earl (Avis), Erroll (June), Eddie (Janet) Adams; and sister, Donna (Sid) Patterson.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbra M. Eichhorn Adams; twin sons, Matthew and Mark; his parents; five brothers; and one sister.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (Sept. 25) at 11 a.m. at McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with burial in Warren Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday after 2 p.m. with family present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
