Roberta ‘Bobbi’ Jean Reeder

Roberta "Bobbi" Jean Reeder, 66, of Marietta, passed away Sunday (Feb. 9, 2014) at the Marietta Center.

She was born Thursday, May 15, 1947, in Marietta, to the late George and Rebecca Morrison Pape.

Bobbi worked for the Washington County Child Support Agency and for MedCorp as a transporter. She also volunteered for the Reno V.F.D. as an EMT. Her true passion was anything sports-related, whether playing softball on "Jeans Dream, playing volleyball, bowling, golf, waterskiing, fishing or camping, Bobbi enjoyed it. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Bobbi is survived by her three sons, Marc Reeder (Mary) of Duncan, S.C., Bryan Reeder (Tammy) of Marietta, and Kevin Reeder of Myrtle Beach S.C.; eight grandchildren, Jasmin, Kendra, Dylan, Cameron, Jeremy, Caleb, Audrey and Brendan; one brother, Roger Pape (Barb) of Marietta; four sisters, Carole Boley (Gary), Judy Boley (Ron), both of Newport, Ohio, Donna Medley (Steve) of Marietta, and Shirley Driggs (Mike) of Lake Havasu, Ariz.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 12, 2014) at Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St., Marietta. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
