Just a day after Warren basketball standout Evan French was listed as a first team All-Ohio selection, two more area hoopsters have been dubbed worthy of all-state honors.
Fort Frye junior Seth Legraen was named third team All-Ohio in Division III by The Associated Press Tuesday, while Caldwell senior Jonathan Weichman was a first team All-Ohio selection in D4.
Both players were first team all-district picks, while Weichman was the D4 East District Player of the Year.

Legraen, a 6-foot-3 forward for the Eric Henniger-coached Cadets, enjoyed a breakout 2013-14 season. He averaged 17.4 points per game and was also an aggressive rebounder and defender. The Cadets finished the season 21-4 overall, winning PVC, OVAC and sectional championships along the way, with Legraen being an instrumental piece to the puzzle.
Weichman, a 5-11 guard, scored 21.8 points per contest this season and helped the Redskins improve their win total from six to 16 over the past two seasons. Weichman became Caldwell's all-time leading scorer with 1,362 points over his career. This season was highlighted by a 37-point performance over Marietta on Feb. 8, the performance that sent him over the top of Brett Riddle's school record 1,344 points.
Caldwell was ousted 67-45 by Malvern in sectional game while the Cadets' season came to a close in a district semi loss to Garaway.
