Sabu will headline “Cage Rage,” an MOV Championship Wrestling Event at Washington county Fairgrounds July 5.
Engle, 36, of Marietta, said that this event is already generating plenty of interest.
"So far the response has been positive," Engle said. "We've sold half the building already."
Engle will be managed by Jeremy Britton, aka "Jazzee Jerr", of Newport.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.movcw.com or at People's News in Marietta. General admission is $10 while ringside seats can be had for $15. All proceeds benefit Washington State Community College's respiratory program.
Volkoff, a World Wrestling Entertainment hall of famer, will go toe to toe with Bobby Fulton in a "Legend's Match."
From Marietta, "Tiny" Tim Patterson will square off against Butcher Glenn Chainey.
Sabu will do battle against Massacre in a "No Disqualification" match, which means anything goes.
Zoltan, a legend of the independent scene for over 30 years, will fight one of the Doinks in one of the night's final matches.
There will also be "Diva's Match" between Nyla Rose and Heather Owens, both from Cincinnati.
It figures to be an action-packed night in the Mid-Ohio Valley.
"There'll be something there for everyone," Engle said.
