Georgetta Lucille Terry, 63, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014.
She was born Jan. 26, 1951, in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Frank and Lucille Moore, Sr.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was retired from South-Western City Schools. She was a member of Grove City Chapter 502 O.E.S. Georgetta was the 1968 Honor Queen in Job's Daughters, Bethel 59. She was also a very talented seamstress and quilter, and made many hats and heart shaped pillows for the Columbus Cancer Clinic patients.
Georgetta is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, David Terry, Sr.; children, David (Andrea) Terry, Jr. and Rachel (Chad) Burch; grandchildren, Dylan and Dori Manturuk and Autumn Edwards; brother, Frank R. Moore, Jr.; nephew, Thomas Moore; sister-in-law, Donna (Kenny) Tuggle; special friends, Thomas and Linda Evans; and beloved dog, Lily; and grand-dogs, Diesel and Dozer.
Visitation will be 4-6:30 p.m., Thursday, June 5, at the Schoedinger Grove City Chapel, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, where Eastern Star Service will follow at 6:30 p.m. and funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. Private inurnment at a later date at Concord Cemetery.
