Steven D. Fulton, 61 and homeless, was arrested Monday in the 700 block of Quarry Street for disorderly conduct by intoxication and taken to jail.
Brandy M. Nutter, 34, of 121 Gilman Ave. Apt. A, Marietta, was cited Thursday for driving under a suspended license and for operating a vehicle with license plates that expired in April 2014.
The driver of an unknown vehicle struck the passenger side door of a Chevy pickup truck owned by Robert J. Wells, of 1106 Hupp Road, Beverly, on Saturday in the parking lot of 4702 Milner Road, Waterford.
Toni J. Scott, 57, of 1825 Rinard Mills Road, New Matamoras, reported Saturday at some point during the past three days the driver of an unknown vehicle drove through the corner of her front yard.
The Warren Fire Department transported Anthony A. Tornes, 81, of 7619 Waterford Road, Marietta, to Marietta Memorial Hospital Saturday for treatment to injuries he suffered in an ATV accident. As Tornes ascended a hill on his property, the ATV rolled backwards, causing a wooden box mounted on the front of the ATV to fall onto his face. Tornes suffered major head and eye trauma and a severed artery but was able to walk nearly half a mile to his residence to phone for help. Tornes was scheduled to undergo surgery, followed by eye examination.
Darth Stalnaker, 22, of 521 44th St., Vienna, reported Sunday he recently discovered his Polaris UTV was stolen from his brother's residence at 270 E. Henniger Road, Lowell. The UTV's approximate value is $13,500.
A deputy requested summonses Sunday for underage consumption of alcohol for the following suspects: Eric T. Crigger, 18, of 3818 Liberty St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg; Joshua D. Clegg, 19, of 2533 Highland Ridge Road, Lowell; Kyle A. Newhart, 20, of 103 Hillside Way, Marietta; Raymond T. Ezell, 18, of 347 East Pine St., Davisville, W.Va.; and Summar A. Yenawine, 18, of 3 Christy Lane, Mineral Wells. Deputies investigated reports of cars parked along the road in the vicinity of 1835 McGill Road, Belpre. The address is the location of a vacant residence where Yenawine resided several years ago. Approximately 35 individuals were at the residence and the only suspects who were determined to have consumed alcohol were the five aforementioned suspects and a 16-year-old Parkersburg resident. She was summonsed to Juvenile Court for being delinquent.
Tasha Mitchell, 24, of 3261 School House Road, Little Hocking, was cited Monday for driving under a suspended license. An employee of Par Mar at 66 Arrowhead Road, Little Hocking, Mitchell was moving her boyfriend's vehicle from one parking stall to another when she accidentally pressed the car's accelerator. The vehicle's front end crashed through two windows on the side of the store and damaged the building structure underneath them. The collision caused moderate damage to the vehicle.
Charles E. Lightfritz, 55, of 539 Rummer Road, Marietta, reported Monday that at some point during the past week an unknown suspect(s) stole a 1950's Case model 800 farm tractor from his property at 553 Blue Knob Road, Marietta.
Deputies responded Monday to a domestic dispute on Veto Road in Vincent. One of the home's residents reported that her live-in boyfriend was intoxicated and threatened her 15-year-old son. The teenager intervened when his mother's boyfriend began calling her names, at which point the alleged suspect offered to let the teenager hit him. The deputies determined that the incident was only verbal and that none of the parties feared for their safety.

Gernon G. Earley Jr., 28, of 509 Wirt St., Belpre, was arrested Friday for assault, a misdemeanor.
Samuel E. Leal, 34, of 112 Scammel St. Apt. A, Marietta, was arrested Saturday for a felony charge of domestic violence and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful restraint.
Cory R. Clark, 27, of 717 Patterson Drive, Columbus, was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for criminal damaging, both misdemeanors.
Dennis A. Thomas, 41, of 2740 Wilhelm Road, Chandlersville, was arrested Saturday for OVI, a misdemeanor.
Charika F. Pugh, 22, of 7823 Hare Ave. Apt. 209, Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested Saturday for reckless operation, driving under a suspended license and speeding, all misdemeanors.
Shawn B. Haga, 33, of 512 Aurora St. Apt. A, Marietta, was arrested Saturday for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Casey A. Snyder, 29, of 732 Braun Road, Belpre, was arrested Saturday for assault, a misdemeanor.
Scott A. Shankland, 44, of 1641 Lincoln Heights, Pomeroy, for receiving stolen property and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Shankland was picked up in Gallia County and processed into the Washington County Jail Saturday.

Todd D. Weddle, 45, of 710 Eighth St., Marietta, was arrested Sunday for domestic violence and child endangering, both misdemeanors.
Dana M. Steele, 30, of 502 Wooster St., Marietta, was arrested Sunday for five felony counts of receiving stolen property and a misdemeanor charge of theft.
William J. Saylor, 34, of 502 Wooster St., Marietta, was arrested Sunday for five felony counts of complicity in receiving stolen property.
Joshua M. Whitstine, 23, of 127 Ward St., Marietta, was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor.
Andre C. Jackson, 31, of 26859 Baker St., Lewisville, was arrested Monday for driving under a Financial Responsibility Act suspended license and speeding, both misdemeanors.
Shawn P. Francis, 35, of 307 Clay St., Sistersville, W.Va., for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Francis was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail and processed into the Washington County Jail Monday.
