The Warren FFA Chapter sent two members to WLC (Washington Leadership Conference) in Washington, D.C., from June 10 to 15. The two members were Alexis Coffman and Becca Giffin. While there, they toured famous monuments such as the Lincoln Memorial, World War II and Arlington Cemetery. They went to leadership sessions as well. One session was packing food through the Meals for Hope program for local families who needed help making ends meet. With the help of 325 other FFA members from all over the United States they were able to package 58,152 meals. It was an amazing experience and the FFA hopes to continue to send members to this conference.
