They CHOOSE to either work at a union shop or the CHOOSE to work at a non union shop ! Either way they make a CHOICE !!!

It is the unelected Union Representatives falsely claiming to represent today’s workers. What are the Union Dictators supposed to do give the workers a choice? Many Union Fat Cats are holding the workers hostage with “exclusive representation” Laws like ORC 4117.04. You would not want to give the workers a choice of representing themselves or choosing another Union Representative, would you?

Many are lawyers and professinal people holding high degree's in order to negotiate with insurance and employers !I would'nt want just any person trying to save my benefits , would you ?I dont think big corporations use the guys from the mail room to do their negotiations !Its business ! To be so anti -freedom and anti-living wage is just nutty !For the life of me I cant fathom how the righties here can harbor such hate against a organization that has benefited almost all working americans ! Through the efforts of unions there are things like child labor laws, 40 hr work week, insurance, sick pay, increased safety,vacations , and the list goes on and on !
