"Union fat-cats...myth or reality?"

So...you think labor unions are run by cigar chomping "Union Fat Cats", who receive outrageous salaries and benefits, while living a life of luxury comparable to Saudi Arabian Princes, lording their unrestrained power over the entire United States of America... all on the backs of the union-enslaved workers they represent. Here's your chance to prove it.

The biggest myth about labor unions is that unions are for the workers. Unions are for unions, just as corporations are for corporations and politicians are for politicians.

Nothing shows the utter cynicism of the unions and the politicians who do their bidding like the so-called "Employee Free Choice Act".

Workers already have a free choice in secret-ballot elections conducted under existing laws. As more and more workers in the private sector have voted to reject having a union represent them, the unions' answer has been to take away secret-ballot elections.

Why do we have secret ballots in the first place, whether in elections for unions or elections for government officials? To prevent intimidation and allow people to vote how they want to, without fear of retaliation

I didn't bogger off, had to get the trash up to the road before it got any colder...

no it's not wrong to not support something you don't believe in, but why stay there if it was not to your liking...you don't have to join a union or work in a shop union...

but it's really not that important to me.

Then why accept it?? step aside and let someone who would respect the title have it...your type is one of the reasons unions are what they are today...

Would you be a proud Unionized, card carrying French fry maker?

How about knocking out a couple of union made Milkshakes for me?

When unions finally decide to pay people who do the better job more money, instead of paying everyone the same, Unions might become relevant again.

Union Desperation is trying to unionize people who make French fries and milkshakes.

Union fat cats are just looking for more dues money.

All the fast food people have to do is make the union member pay their dues from their pocket and not make it a payroll deduction. That simple action will make unionized French Fry makers go away.
