Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

They already do so with driving so to extend that to the operation of firearms does'nt seem to be too big a stretch but who will oversee this ? Whoever it will be deemed "anti american " etc !

OWO good afternoon...regarding the gun "grab". i actually support the idea and would also support some mandatory driving suspension or removal at some point due to age or health affirmities. those that suffer from severe mental or health related issues should not own firearms or perform any other tasks beyond their safety limits. the reference to obamacare and the use of "qualified" medical exemptions to the rights afforded by the second amendment must be stringently monitored for potential abuse. from personal experience...at the onset of dementia of someone, i ensured that all firearms were properly removed from the immediate environment. it only makes sense....unfortunately many things that make sence seem to evovle well past their initial intent.

OBAMACARE GUN GRAB:

"The Obama administration wants to keep people collecting Social Security benefits from owning guns if it is determined they are unable to manage their own affairs, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The push, which could potentially affect millions whose monthly disability payments are handled by others, is intended to bring the Social Security Administration in line with laws that prevent gun sales to felons, drug addicts, immigrants in the United States illegally, and others, according to the paper.

The language of federal gun laws restricts ownership to people who are unable to manage their own affairs due to "marked subnormal intelligence, or mental illness, incompetency, condition, or disease” – which could potentially affect a large group within Social Security, the LA Times reported.

If Social Security, which has never taken part in the background check system, uses the same standard as the Department of Veterans Affairs – which is the idea floa

Might not saying something be doing something?

Good morning Harry. i hope you greeted the world well this beautiful day. Proverbs 21:23....."Whoever keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps himself out of trouble." the tongue does create all sorts of mischief.

According to Solomon, silence is valuable::

"Even a fool is considered wise if he remains silent."

"A fool utters all his mind."

Good morning moderation. wise words indeed. much like the anxious musician that seeks to fill each moment with notes or chords instead of allowing the composition to breathe. reminds me of the the Kenny Chesney song "You and Tequila". Just one more.
