Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

now if we are discussing a forced imposition of anothers "views" to supercede your views by legislation....then we have a forced view contrary to one's own views without a shot being fired. with the stroke of a pen...that which was wrong, was made right and that which was right was made wrong. man is indecisive and irreproachable in the belief of his own mind.

Moderation...i believe that you expressed an adversion to the idea of essentially taking Iraq and forcing not only our form of government but also our way of life as afforded to us by the laws under which we as citizens live.

NCN....i am not certain how you construed that my post was about us rushing to help those that won't, in some cases, help themselves. my post was to bring awareness to the fact that the People of India allow this destruction of their country to exist, and so could the same occur here. you are correct, those that can, should help themselves here and globally. unfortunately that little issue of freedom of culture and freedom in general seem to hamper the rise or fall of one's, we can't control, to fulfill our characters on the world stage of life. i guess i found Moderations comments against imposing a view upon a people was somehow wrong....when in fact the oposition (depending on point of view) here do exactly the same thing with nary a shot ever being fired....for the most part.

the true poverty and perpetual despair created and allowed by the people.

allowed by the people...time the people tried helping themselves...isn't that what is said by some on here about people in the US??...we can't take care of every country that doesn't even stand up and fight for themselves...

if anyone ventures to foxnews dot ** this morning and views the image of the deadly collapse in India, the image of the buildings and general ramshakle appearance around the collapse will reveal the true poverty and perpetual despair created and allowed by the people.

"FLINT, Mich. (AP) — Shortly before this poverty-stricken city began drawing its drinking water from a local river in a cost-cutting move nearly two years ago, officials huddled at the municipal water treatment plant, running through a checklist of final preparations.

Mike Glasgow, a plant supervisor at the time, says he asked a state water quality official at the meeting how often his staffers would need to check the water for proper levels of phosphate, a chemical added to prevent lead corrosion from pipes.

The official, Mike Prysby of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, replied, "You don't need to monitor phosphate because you're not required to add it" until after a year of testing, according to Glasgow.

Recalling the meeting Tuesday in an interview with The Associated Press, Glasgow said he was taken aback by the state regulator's instruction; treating drinking water with anti-corrosive additives was routine practice. An engineer for a consulting f

slinky: the best and the worst pipe fitter make the same amount of money. The best teacher and the worst teacher make the same amount of money. The best policeman and the worst policeman make the same amount of money. In the private, non union sector, if you are better, you make more money. And if you s u c k you get fired.

Unions don't represent workers any more. Sure they do. Just not to your satisfaction.

"Ain't that something shop about the afl-cio. I saw a pipefitter with a Bernie 2016 bumpersticker today. On his 93 buick no less.. Goodness, how ridiculous" Friend of yours, dusty? How could you have known he was a fitter? Not everyone chooses to drive a Beamer, and certainly not to work and back.Story telling again, coal?

You want to know what life would be like without unions ? Take a look at a little PBS film called Matewan , that will show you what business really wants !

How typical of the ignorant anti-labor breed ! Greedy and only thinking of themselves !They Just expect everything without doing anything to earn it !

Unions limit the amount of money their members can earn. Thats got to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard ! So youre naive enough to think that a employer will pay you more than they have to ! Just where is this fantasy land youre living in !
