Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

And this isn't directed toward anyone specifically....this is just a rant. But why is it that the irrational Obama haters cannot see the oxymorons they create.

They say he is Muslim, yet will condemn him for the Christian church he attended.

They claim that he is a complete idiot because of Obamacare fiasco but that he is a devious mastermind because he has cover up the Benghazi stuff so well.

Heck, I don't care for many of his policies and such, but come on..attack his positions with facts instead of madness.

@Kun- From the time of the Watergate break in to Nixon leaving office was just under 2 years. This is with the news media the way it was at that time.

It's been over 14 months since Benghazi. You have modern technology and a news agency (Fox) that would love nothing more than to tack Obama to the wall and they still haven't shown anything that would warrant an impeachment.

Kendall78 - I'm not sure who you are suggesting that implied Obama "might be impeached for Obamacare". Certainly not me.

I AM suggesting that, if I were Obama, I'd want to keep a lid on the information concerning the MASSACRE of our people in Benghazi. That tree could bear the fatal fruit for the Obama administration.

Remember, it wasn't the break-in of the Watergate complex that directly caused the Nixon regime to collapse. It was the attempt to cover-up the fact that the president knew it.

Obstruction of justice = A crime that can cause the president to start packing his bags.

Sure. Plenty of hypocrisy to go around these days. Just look to Washington DC for the leaders of the pack.

Obama will not be impeached. Might be hard for some to accept but it's the truth.

Anyone that tries to imeach him is only doing it to*****up to their political base. Only two Presidents were ever impeached and it was only by the House of Reps. The Senate never impeached anyone.

So if you are thinking that Congress will impeach Obama for mishandling Obamacare...just ask yourself who voted it into law? The exact same people who would be handling the impeachment hearings.

There is no doubt that Gov't funds are supporting everything that anti Walmart groups stand for.

Until there is a movement to ban the use of assistance money at Wal Mart by the anti Wal Mart crowd, the Anti Wal Mart folks are hypocrites.

That is just the way I see it.

I shop at Wal mart but I also shop at other Marietta merchants like Lowes and Home Depot. Not sure if all their stuff is American made just like I don't know if everything at Terri-Anns is American made.

I do know that all the employees in those stores show up for work and there are no guns pointed at their heads.

I had a number of crummy jobs when I was younger and each one made me more hungry for a better job.

I would support Wal-Mart the haters to get a law passed that says if you collect SNAP, WIC , Social Security or any other Gov’s assistance including anything we refer to as welfare that you would be prohibited from spending any of that assistance or money at Wal-Mart. I would be the first to sign the petition. This would follow the logic of anti Wal-Mart folks that spending any money including Gov’t assistance money at Wal-Mart supports the Communist Chinese Gov’t and supports the proliferation of further welfare payments. The affect at Wal-Mart would immediate and cause them to change their employment practices. Let the first Lib to bring this up in Congress stand up and be counted.

I know he said "I won't burn your house down if I move into your neighborhood, PERIOD". But, he did.

Now, he's 'sorry' that YOU FIND YOURSELF homeless.

Sound like any "apology" that we heard from someone recently? Would you feel better after receiving it?

Neither do 4.2 million other Americans concerning the one they were given.

Maybe the store clerks are paid min but you would expect that, but managers, Distribution Center Employees, Walmart Truck Drivers, Purchasing people, line good managers, Accountants, maintenance workers etc do well. You need to stop focusing on the obvious. The least educated and least important and most replaceable people always get paid less.

It is hysterical that the Whitehouse has threatened to veto a House Bill that simply keeps the President’s promise of “if you like you policy you can keep it. Period”

How will Obama help pay for the reelection campaigns of the 15 Democratic senators, currently quaking in their boots because of their support of his failing health care colossus?

ESPECIALLY if he's facing the leveling of articles of impeachment against him by the House, at the time, for obstruction of justice charges brought on by the attempted cover-up of what REALLY happened at Benghazi.

From an AP news report i present the "Oops My Bad" act of the day : "Syrian rebel fighters linked with Al Qaeda have asked for "understanding and forgiveness" after mistakenly beheading one of their allies and putting the head on display. Explaining the error, al-Qahtani said Allah would forgive a man who unknowingly killed a fellow believer." don't they know just a dab of super-glue and Allahs forgiveness will make it all betta'!.

good afternoon moderation. my evening was just wonderful and i hope that yours was as well. now that you brought it up, i would have say that tools and even mechanical devices including their designs would have many wonderful stories to tell about its use and creator. the many human hands and possibly animals that have provided the actions necessary to create many things we need, enjoy and use/have used in our human existence. excellent suggestion...thank you. now i am going to get back to my first cup of joe for the day!

indirect payment for services rendered through a business venture. other than our recent back and forth....btw i really liked the "boy" that you slipped in on me in your comment the other day. you never disappoint. anyway, i was rifling through a box of old coins that i have yet to catalogue and came across a coin from the civil war years. it was an 1865 three cent piece. the condition seemed to me to be VF which would indicate very little circulation. although the condition of the coins affect the monetary value to collectors, i enjoy the circulated coins the most. my favorite are the morgan silver dollars of the late 1800's. imagining people carting around more than about thirty of them would have been a pain as they are fairly weighty. the imbedded dirt, grime and wear on them all have a story to tell. i prefer to leave them as they are so as not to remove history from them. tell me fred, what items from the past prompts you to imagine the many hands they have passed throu

Los Angeles area and earlier had resided in New Jersey, used a Smith & Wesson 223 M&P15 rifle to gun down Hernandez and other individuals at LAX, authorities said. That weapon is a gas-operated, semi-automatic rifle." the weapon used was not an assault rifle by definition. i was pleased to see a national news agancy correct themselves after inially posting that an "assault" rifle was used. with that said. your mention this carrying of firearms indicating a problem is indeed true. although the argument comes down to what is the actual problem? much like the simple fire triangle which requires fuel, heat and oxygen, the disturbed shooter requires threat(heat), weapon(fuel), and mental disposition(oxygen). which does the left desire to remove from this triangle? if i am amoung your little to do contributors....rest your mind that the fruits of my inactivity do not come directly from our governments much stressed financial resources. truthfully, i do receive indirec

good afternoon fred. everytime you post you give the opportunity for a sometimes interesting rebuttal. that may be the teacher in you coming through or just a grumpy old man peeved for another day. either way it works. upon a minimum amount of reseach i found the following article by Jacob Goodman. "During the same week that a lone 23-year-old gunman shot up Terminal 3 at Los Angeles International Airport, killing a TSA behavior detection officer, no less than 29 other firearms were discovered by TSA screeners in airline passengers’ carry-on luggage in other airports across the country, of which 27 were loaded and nine had rounds in their chambers.""In most instances, the passengers whose weapons were discovered told TSA officers that they had simply “forgotten” that their weapons had been packed in their carry-on bags, according to a weekly summary presented in a published TSA blog entry. ""The alleged murderer, Paul Ciancia, who recently had been living in t
