LTS if you dont want to work at a union shop then by all means quit !! When you choose to go to work there you accept the consequences for your decision ! As a UNION ( and thats is what it is ) You get the opportunity to voice your opinion on the floor of the body ! If its motioned and seconded then it will be voted on ! You might not get what you want but MAJORITY RULES !!Like I said if your not happy to be union , no ones stopping you from going to work at a non-union shop where your considerable talents will be noticed and you will skyrocket to upper management !Look , you guys really couldnt care less that theres some malcontent in a union shop , thats not what all this is about and you know it !!
