Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

LTS surely you have studied unions and their history and know how they operate !!! When they started out the owners wouldnt even talk to their representatives but when they found that the whole of the workforce was unified they had to in order to get workers ! As long as workers stick together unions are powerful and thats why unions have to be preserved and supported ! Even you would not want to have the onus of workers and their families as endentured servants and slaves like the coal operators on your concious!

“UAW retired members finance their own structure through VOLUNTARY retiree dues. See if you can get somebody to explain that to you wrongriki !Yes its for retired workers programs but that also is VOLUNTARY !!!

munster, so what you are saying is that 85-90% of the working population are scabs? you are insane and totally brain-washed my friend. unity also means unified in not working and unified in preventing others to have their freedom. the last question i posed to you was seemingly misunderstood by you. i will clarify. would you approve of non-union workers harrassing and threatening your union workers as they enter the workplace? that is what you are advocating in your glazing over of my first question to you. the last statement in your post is most telling. you do encapsulate what a union-member has to offer society. bravo friend munster. that is why unions must be eradicated. workplace freedom depends on it.

Just why do you expect a retiree to keep paying dues after their career is over?

“UAW retired members finance their own structure through voluntary retiree dues. These dues make their programs self-supporting. Since the Constitutional Convention in 1966, retirees have pledged that the UAW would not have to use active members' dues to support the retired workers' programs. Our retired members have kept faith with that pledge.”

munster, do you not consider it a problem that a labor organization attacks and defiles non-union workers as well as the owners and their families in an attempt to keep them from exercising their free right to work? there was no labor agreement on the philly contruction job. your union thugs were just peeved they did not get hired. how would you feel if the tables were turned in this instance?
