Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

No, it was murder...the cop even went back and got the taser and placed it beside the dead man...you can twist and turn it all you like, but the cop murdered this guy...

Hey here is a crazy idea, let's not pass judgment until the facts are in, you may be right or it might be a "hands up don't shoot" moment

on this one I'll have to side with the deceased...the man was running away unarmed, had not shot at the officer and wasn't wanted for a violent crime...I can't imagine what this officer was thinking as he pulled the trigger 8 Times on a mans back...

moderation...maybe so. don't you think it is time to side with the police for a change. think of it.....when you are signaled by the authorities whether during a traffic stop or a personal visit, there is an almost 100% chance that they DO Need to talk with you regarding the performance of their job. from my own personal experience with the law....i have never been under arrest, slammed to the ground or even given r a c o o n eyes for a mug shot by complying with the officer. no one has died to em running from a trafiic stop. these same citizens that harbor sympathy from many of the forgive and rehabilitate crowd seem all too eager to blame the officer. there are bad people everywhere...at least we get a chance to screen and "police" the cops..we can't say that for the citizens....or can we NCN?

citizen crime. while i agree that each officer shotting should be investigated, i also think that the citizenry have lost a basic understanding and respect for authority in that many shootings involving officers escalate from rather trival brushes with the law. do these people will never learn.....period.

this should get the attention it deserves from the court system and not the court of public opinion system. the one thing that was failed to mention is the all too common element of either non-compliance to authories directives and the scuffle, whether brief as described in this incident or extended requiring more than the authority of one officer. i dare say that this may have been prevented by good citizen compliance...perhaps not. the investigation into the incident will hopefully reveal the truth. after years of dealing with law enforcement, i can tell you that they are generally good people that choose to handle the "other human mistakes and waste" in society that we are not to and should not handle ourselves. i went to the fbi website for the foloowing information. in 2011 there weere about 12,000 homicides in the U.S....of those approximately 656 were considered to be justified by police and citizens combined. the vast majority of homocides are attributed to citizen o

Activists planned to protest in South Carolina on Wednesday after a white police officer was caught on video fatally shooting a 50-year-old black man in the back as he ran away following a traffic stop.

bet the officer feared for his life since the man was running away from him...

just out of curiosity....if everyone would heighten their senses a bit and take note of the people you see or interact with on a daily basis...what classifying characteristics would you notice immediately and what emotion or thought was elicited? if uncomfortable to share then just ponder in your own mind.
