Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

RFRA was generally inapplicable against state and local laws. Since then, a number of states have enacted their own RFRA statutes: Indiana became the twentieth to do so. Other states have state court rulings that provide RFRA-like protections.

please feel free to google it and continue reading for yourself if interested.

the fake and politically motivated outrage expressed by Hillary Clinton, et al. is laughable. perhaps she needs to check her server (thats right it was wiped clean) for the nortification of the actions taken by her husband...perhaps she was distracted by her future ambitions...as evidenced by her neglect to notice Bills infidelity...or did she???

NCN....i found the following in the Weekly Standard:

"So what is the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and what does it say?...

The first RFRA was a 1993 federal law that was signed into law by Democratic president Bill Clinton. It unanimously passed the House of Representatives, where it was sponsored by then-congressman Chuck Schumer, and sailed through the Senate on a 97-3 vote.

The law reestablished a balancing test for courts to apply in religious liberty cases (a standard had been used by the Supreme Court for decades). RFRA allows a person's free exercise of religion to be "substantially burdened" by a law only if the law furthers a "compelling governmental interest" in the "least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest." "If there's already a federal RFRA in place, why did Indiana pass its own RFRA?

Great question. In a 1997 Supreme Court case (City of Boerne v. Flores), the court held that federal R

TP...sorry for the delay in responding to you. I will look into your suggested viewing and reading material. A quick Google search on the closing revealed your source as well as other obscure sites along your line of thought. While it is possible such a fraud could take place, my initial thought would be the almost impossible task of not only coordinating the scenario but also orchestrating all of the players involved. Just that would cause a pause in even imagining it would be possible

Teapartier - I've been hearing about that Sandy Hook hoax too. With the tyrants we now have running the country I would 't be surprised if it was all a hoax.

If in fact it was all a hoax, then his claim of accuracy would be a hoax as well. It being a hoax is being illogical at best, psychotic at worst. Perhaps TP will chime in to end the speculation.

NCN...sadly and reluctantly, I tend to agree with you regarding the young victim. Two things to note...i was surprised that someone that young would have ovaries spitting out eggs so soon and the uncertainty that her young body could carry to term. Either way it is a sad and unfortunate situation and one I am happy to not have to contend with.

Teapartier.......wtf...the only shot that counted was the shot he put in his demented mind...as far as where they can find him...a search of hades would be a good start. A more appropriate comparison would have been more prudent considering his targets...don't you think?

He had 100 % fatal accuracy according to report.

17 shots fired and autopsy showed he was hit 5 or 6 times. wow. less than 25% accuracy. They should take some shooting lessons from Adam Lanza if they can locate him.
