Is the use of fake names and anonymous remarks by posters actually counter-productive to adult discussion of important national or state issues?

While I understand that some posters feel the need for security because they might not want their employers or social contacts to know their views, it's possible that the overuse of such devices allows persons with a "bullying" mentality to thrive and possibly compromise intelligent discussion of these forum topics ... Do some (but not all) of these persons hide behind their fake identities like some southern "good ole boys" hid beneath K.K.K. hoods in order to lie, libel, threaten, or intimidate others? Is this a "problem"?

The effects from inhalation of dust or mist released during an airbag deployment vary from mild irritation to serious damage of the upper respiratory tract, depending on severity of exposure.

rocker, i am so sorry to hear about your wreck and subsequent injuries. i hope you get better real quick! i take it you did not have an airbag or you hit at a point where it did not cause deployment. there are many that suffer injuries from the equipment that is designed to save lives. ironic isn't it?

luvthesouth, concerning the wreck, I spun out on ice out on the highway and hit a dang bridge head on going about 55 mph.

All my injuries were from the seat belt of all things. I cracked a couple of ribs and the pain has been unbearable.

I'll check out that website. It sounds pretty cool. Got to go now so I'll talk to you later.

rocker, if you have a few go to the website historicmakeovers dot c o m. they have some jaw-dropping instruments there. they modify and refinish some for sale but primarily take a les paul that you send and work magic on it. i found them while searching on ebay and saw one of their instruments that they modified.

Kunec said-"How many people leave their homes in this country, every year, and run into the wrong person, never to be seen again"? And next says"How many of those folks ran into an "assault weapons" carrier? I venture to say "NONE". But they're dead.........." Well, there have been enough killed to suggest you may be skirting the facts.Even given an innocent ignorance of facts, your logic leaves the field.
