I was truly astounded when I picked on up, they are heavy and amazingly strong not like a cheap basket you might find at a retail store. I had to ask a couple of ladies at Patriot point about them, they were very nice and answered all my questions.

sounds like charleston is a favorite destination of most everyone. actually, just about anywhere along both carolina's coastal area is nice.
I've spent some time in downtown Charleston and if you like historical its all right there ! Also there is a naval museum with the Yorktown and several other ships at patriot point !Oh and Ft Sumter !

LTS, to be honest haven't spent enough time in Charleston to compare, but savannah is a southern historical delight! LOVE IT. So old, pretty and the people are a dream!
