Racism and the 2012 election

Explain how one group can be racist for voting around 60% against a man of a different racial background but another group that votes 90% against a person of a different racial background isn't racist?

a) Has committed or attempted to commit a felony; or

Robbery, assault of clerk. Assault of police officer. Take your pick.

How about drug using adult thug fresh from a felonious strong armed robbery and assault of a clerk, attacks a policeman in his car breaking his eye socket, when followed by said officer , turned back to either finish the beating or to further intimidate as seen with shop clerk just moments ago. When he refused to stop coming at injured officer he was justifiably shot and killed per Missouri law.

Strong armed robbery assault of a shop keeper and vicious assault on a police officer would authorize deadly force seems to me

Any of you craphouse lawyers actually read Missouri law?

Tiredofit

A law enforcement officer in effecting an arrest or in preventing an escape from custody is justified in using deadly force only

(1) When such is authorized under other sections of this chapter; or

(2) When he reasonably believes that such use of deadly force is immediately necessary to effect the arrest and also reasonably believes that the person to be arrested

(a) Has committed or attempted to commit a felony; or

(b) Is attempting to escape by use of a deadly weapon; or

(c) May otherwise endanger life or inflict serious physical injury unless arrested without delay.

"NO JUSTICE NEW SHOES"

It's good that you can relate with a small group of out of state interests that meddle in affairs they have no business in.

There are some craphouse lawyers here that have pretty much convicted Michael Brown day one, shameful.

It cuts both ways. Many people decided to make this into more of a political issue instead of a criminal one.

Be right, this has NOTHING to do with justice. There are some craphouse lawyers here that have pretty much convicted the officer day one, shameful

BeRight

Well, MSNBC has already convicted the police officer.

That did not take long.

I wonder if the police office punched his own eye out?

That is a flat out bigoted remark, beright.Given your history of pointing out peoples' different characteristics in a prejudicial way,...... Just saying, it seem to be a collective judgement.

Mod, do you think the looters represent that regular citizens of Ferguson? Please remember the difference between protesters and looters.

I am guessing the looters don't have regular jobs but I could be wrong.

Now, is that a guess or is that racist?

BeRight

I know it is. I am surprised you got it.
