Benghazi

Nothing seems to add up in this Ambassador Stevens murder. Orders to stand down. Poor security on 911. Could Stevens have been sacrified as an eye for an eye for taking out Bin Laden with the Muslim radicals? What do you think?

The presidents in the past at least made an honest effort to rescure the diplomats as far as I know of. They did not just go on a talk show or vacation or the likes and act like the performance of their primary responsibility was sidetracking their campaign to get re elected.!!!At least the other presidents and sec of states gave a little bit of a try and showed some emotion when they were lost. They also ACCEPTED the BLAME when rescues were a failure instead of excusing themselves from accountability. As far as the racisim comment. People that do not like this situation are the ones that hate to see the constitution trampled and congress bypassed and ran like the mafia!! They do not wait to appoint a NLRB member while congress is on weekend break and say they weren't available. Impeachment hearings are starting March 11th. Search up Lyndon Larouche PAC if you dont believe me. He says impeachment is a gift from heaven.

Scapile, In the Bush years, a terrorist attack was recognized for what it was. During this administration, they confused a protest with a terrorist attack. This is the heart of what is Benghazi. Where they that naïve or was there a cover up? Jerk.

Look at youtube Lyndon Larouche report that the fed court has charges drawn up to impeach the hero due to blatant unconstitutional and treasonous acts against the US.

... It's a clever rhetorical twist to equate support for due process with support for slavery, but it's a complete non-sequitur. Mr. Bolton never answered my question, and so it seems he's quite comfortable with the idea of a single man deciding who lives and dies, without any restraint or judicial review. The president is commander-in-chief of the armed forces, not God."

This may not be the place for this, but it seems members of past administrations have no problem with our govt. targeting citizens, and no jurice prudence or due process need to exist....During the Q&A, Skeptical Libertarian editor Daniel Bier asked Bolton, “If YOU were identified as a threat by some nameless official in the administration, would YOU want due process?” Bolton retorted that the government was right to kill thousands of Americans during the Civil War without due process, and (after being jeered by the crowd) accused libertarians of "discrediting their movement" by "defending the Confederacy."

In a later interview, Bier responded to Bolton's statement: "It's ludicrous to compare the deliberate assassination of a 16-year-old American citizen, who is not engaged in hostilities against the United States, who has never been charged with a crime, and was in a neutral country, with shooting back at Confederate soldiers on a battlefield.

scrappile, upon review of your posted claims i found that unfortunately nine americans were listed as killed out of the 60 dead. while no one likes for anyone to die...with relatively few exceptions on my part, during the bush years the attacks were dutifully reported with accurate descriptions and details without the assistance of real-time audio and video. what galls me and seemingly most complainants is the fact of a lie and subsequent attempted cover-up by this administration and its representatives. this example of deception should be disturbing whether you are republican, democrat or anything in between.

The night Bin Laden was taken out, we have pictures of the Admin in the "war room" with looks of concern, shock, and worry on their faces, watching from start to finish. Then the Prez went immediately to the press to announce his greatness of leadership in authorizing and coordinating the mission.

Benghazi- The great leader said "Do what ya can, keep me posted"? He's not a POTUS, he's a POS.

Not hard to verify as much as he was in the spotlight. Run down Fox as much as you want. You don't make any points with anyone if you are one sided and unforgiving.

Longtime readers know I have no lost love for John Brennan. I think he is a dangerous, incompetent. I think he should be prevented from becoming the head of the CIA. expressed by Larry Johnson in your quoted rebuttal. do you agree?

lts- we had a discussion earlier about what info you or I may be entitled initially, and in real time,as a national security issue unfolds. yes, I am aware there was a CIA presence. That was the purpose of that satellite compound, No? the near -site response was just that, responding to the alarm. they dispatched themselves to the compound, but ultimately, required the assistance of the unit dispatched from tripoli to secure the situation to a point where they were capable of more than just defensive actions. the fact that their weaponry was limited tohandguns is alarming, yet amazing in that they were as effective as could be imagined.

moderation, i do not understand what point you are trying to make. what exactly is it? i just read what panetta said....please note that he was referring to a military response team. if you would read my post again you will notice that it referenced a CIA team that was dispatched prior. remember the CIA was there from the beginning. correct me if i am wrong, but does the CIA not keep the president informed through proper channels? do you not think that the attack on a consulate facility would warrant pertinent and accurate information to be sent to our president as soon as possible? if not then we have a much bigger problem than simply the perpetration of a lie, no matter the reason. as far as the credibility of panetta goes, he is an appointee and from what i have seen from a few of his previous appointees, they will and have said anything for their boss. however, i will accept his statement regarding the military response. to quote your credible source.."Panetta said forcefully

lts- panetta said it was roughly 3 hrs. for a response team deployed from tripoli to be on site, at which time they came under the mortar fire that claimed the last two lives of the Stevens group. there were locals who assisted, and attempted to assist our countrymen up to that point in time. Do you consider panetta credible ?

moderation, you may wish to read what i posted again which will answer your question. i stated that i beleved that he, as president was properly briefed on the situation from the beginning. so either he and others in his administration intentionally mislead the american people or he was derelict in his duties of being commander-in-chief by either ignoring or dismissing credible information being relayed to him. i will state again for you and everyone else. he was told correctly and promptly what the situation was. so he and others flat out lied ...for what reason.... i do not know. please post if you have credible and verifiable information to the contrary.
