by: BYRON YORK A federal judge has issued a scathing rebuke to lawyers for the Obama administration in a case involving the president’s unilateral immigration action. In an order issued Tuesday night, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen, who had put a temporary hold on the action, not only refused to lift the hold — he also came very near to accusing administration lawyers of flat-out lying to him. The administration’s assertions in the immigration case have been “misleading,” “troublesome,” and “belied by the facts,” Hanen wrote. “Any number of federal judges, given this misconduct, would consider striking the government’s pleadings.” Doing so would effectively end the case altogether, and Hanen wrote that he had decided not to take that action because the issues at stake are of great national importance.

BeRight...i agree with you about win xp. very little hurts Microsoft...although they do need to be "the innovator" whenever possible.

What a deal Microsoft had on XP. Ran it for years with little problem but the hackers finally caught up and the fixes were just too much.

It probably did not hurt MS's bottom line when everyone ran out to get a new OS's! LOL

Good late afternoon to you beright. Nope the world is still turning and I still get malicious software updates. I only run it on my personal computer...which I am happy with. My wife gets spoiled with the newest gear. I am really a simple guy at heart and happy with life. I do however operate it on a protected network...for now.

Windows XP? I guess you did not believe that the world would come to an end when Microsoft stop supporting XP.

I work for a big company. When Microsoft pulled the plug on XP, our IT department had to upgrade about 14,000 laptops.

Beright...I am a stick in the mud when it comes to computer operating systems. I like my personal computers win xp OS. I get the compatability icon as well. The xp will not allow upgrading windows explorer....so I just use Google Chrome for the programs and features that are limited by win xp. The corporate computers are all updated and firing on all 12 cylinders. 12 is better than 8 btw.

My Browser must have re-set it self when I was not looking. I Clicked on compatibility view and that took care of the problem.

With commissioned officers I think the president may alleviate them of their duty if not themselves but by proxy. Too bad his sense of honor prevents him from firing within his corrupt administration...he rewards the misdeeds with promotions and accolades. Effed up isn't it?

I have no problems with firings for misconduct but you know as a service person there is a courtmarshalling process to go thru - it is not a POTUS decision ONLY !!
