Barry was met by protesters in Oregon because they want their weapons. He landed with a full security team (WITH GUNS) was met by protesters with Rebel flags and other signs... Starting to like Oregoners.
OWO..good morning/afternoon there partner. quick question...why you be lettin' NCN get by with that offensive statement about being someones uncle tom? you not be playing favorites now is ya?
Stillhere: you mean to tell me the Harry Reid prevented bills from getting voted on when he ran the Senate? Golly Gee Gomer, tell me it ain't so.
These two bills rightfully are in the trash heap.
Try again OWO.
Public Safety Employer–Employee Cooperation Act:
Large majorities of public safety employees already collectively bargain. The states in which collective bargaining is appropriate and affordable have already chosen to do so. The legislation represents a solution in search of a problem. Private-sector unions bargain for a share of the profits they help create. The government creates no profits. Government unions bargain for a share of tax revenues. Many state and local governments promote police officers on the basis of merit and performance instead of through collectively bargained seniority schedules. Merit-based promotions and raises encourage hard work and help put the best workers in the most sensitive positions. However, unions prefer seniority-based promotions. States should not be forced to bargain over this issue.
Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA)is also called card check and if it would have passed it would take away the employees right to a private ballot election. It opens the door to Union Thugs who would intimidate employees into signing "the card" authorizing the union.
Basically, the legislation would allow unions to sidestep employees' current right to vote in a private, Federal government-supervised election during organizing campaigns.
Employee Free Choice Act would take away employees’ voice in the workplace TWICE – by taking away employees’ right to a private vote on unionization and disallowing employees a chance to ratify new union contracts
I think the rest of the world sees our President as a person who wants things fixed in our country ...............Do you really believe that?
OWO- you said "who wants things fixed in our country" : Your challenge is to tell us what is broken.
I never thought I'd see the day when boehner had to tell his own fellow republicans to stop blubbering and get on with it...
Rep. Peter King tells me that members are crying in cloakroom, unable to handle the unrest and confusion. "A banana republic," he says.

no one wants the speaker job, it's not as much fun when you have to actually RUN the circus...
NCN....relax...I took credit for what I added. OWO took issue with your racist and quoted remark...scroll down and verify. I did not attempt to paint you in a racist light by what you posted...but it seems you have some making up to do with OWO. he was offended.
"racist quote by NCN that simply copied and added the singing
I added no singing, you added that and changed rupert's name to Obama's name...
OWO..relax my friend. If you were to have scrolled down to the original "racist quote by NCN that simply copied and added the singing...which the President does. I added the Sammy Davis,Jr part in reference to the singing and dancing. I detest the name "uncle tom". I find it demeaning to someone who has placed integration into a multi-media society above their own race.
As to my comment about burning the first victim, that was a joke; there are many possible reasons why McC withdrew.
I don't blame him. He could never have led without acting as speaker for the whole house, including Democrats. It would have meant forsaking the disastrous "Hastert rule."
But trying to bring everybody on board would take the quality of leadership. That's what McCarthy ain't got.
Good evening, absolem. If you're implying that McCarthy is innocent, I think you're largely right.
good afternoon Harry. it is good to see you have found a few moments to post consdiering your busy work schedule(s). it always seems to be the innocent that go first...sort of like hospitals and daycares in the middle-east.
Looks like the Benghazi witch hunt has burned its first victim--
