wouldn't read to much into that BERIGHT, by and large the secret service is a professional outfit and would guard ANY president with their life as a point of honor, even this one.

I think that the Secret Service has no respect for their current boss..............Three Secret Service agents in charge of protecting President Obama in Amsterdam were sent home Sunday after going out for a night of drinking, sources familiar with the incident told NBC News.

The report goes on to say that those same college students that carried the votes that got Obama elected are NOW FURIOUS with him.

It is gonna be a sweet victory this November !!

Bonham traveled to George Mason University earlier this month and asked people fill out their own brackets ranking the top Obama administration scandals.

The “Elite Eight” choices are:

1. Benghazi 2. Obama’s “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan” promise 3. DOJ spying on AP reporters 4. The Fast and Furious gun-running scandal 5. IRS targeting conservative groups 6. The botched rollout of Healthcare.gov 7. Obama bypassing Congress to delay elements of Obamacare 8. NSA collection of citizens’ email and phone data

“It’s pretty incredible actually, I didn’t realize how many scandals were going on,” one student said after seeing all the scandals on one board.

asknot, my comment regarding Presidents and military actions was to show how bot Obama and Bush did not mind taking credit for perceived successes. which in some repsects they should since they command the military. i believe i have stated that i was happy that Obama directed and freed up our military to accomplish that mission. it would not have even bothered me if the President had unfurled the biggest mission accomplished banner at the WTC site. matter of fact i would have stood, hand on heart, at that moment.

Kendall78, i appreciate opportunities in which to exchange ideas and learn new things. many things such as experience, degree's or even superior intellect were not included in the requirements for President. just because the founding fathers thought it unneccesary does not mean it would not be a preferable attribute to have. i agree that there are many Presidents in our history thatcould have been upstaged by almost anyone with a DD214. i hope you do realize the subject came about by BobBarkers dredging up of Bushs national guard service. either way, this is just hto air being expelled and meaningless when speaking of the current President. again, i enjoy the conversation and the sharing of information with you and many others in this "for now" free forum.

Typo. I know YOU dont ever make them. Go on you Obama BoBBlehead. (Up and down). I think Obama is really cool as a person but totally inept as a leeder.

Exactly. And all they can do is blame Bush and accuse the repubs of obstructing.. There comes a time when they must be held accountability or they have no right to whine when they are voted out by the American people. They are smarter than they give them credit for.

Geee... is Bush still Pres? I thought Barack Hussein Obama stole an election or two since 2008.

You are most welcome Luv. I would welcome any comments that shows why a President needs a DD214. Obviously the founders didn't think military experience was required in a Prez.

Heck, if a DD214 means one is more qualified to be President..then there a lot of ppl that must be more qualified than dozens and dozens of our past Presidents.

Maybe Bush had his DD214 record sealed.

So it is OK for a frug addict or alcoholic to continue to abuse drugs and alcohol and simply blame ones parents or a lousy upbringing?? That is what you ALL are doing with Obama. Giving him a pass for not correcting things in SIX years !! Wouldnt it be much better to take responsibility as a leader of the country and FACE the problems and correct them instead of whining ?? In drug and alcohol abuse, admitting you have a problem and taking responsibility for it is THE first step before rehab can happen !!

asknot...according to Obama he directed the capture and killing of Bin Laden...so yes they do seem to coordinate attacks.

asknot, it appears that any mistake that the President makes is immediately countered with a comparison or mistake by Bush. it reminds me of the definition of a split-second. you know the time it takes for the light to turn green and the arse behind you to blow their horn. it is that immediate. frankly i detest the word inherit when it comes to the presidency. the president campaigned for the job, got the job and hopefully will exit the job with the nation in a much better position. we can all moan and groan how bad the last president was, but the fact remains that the buck stops with Obama. i would venture to speculate that the president is perpetuating in equal amounts the very same programs and policies that many of you are lambasting Bush for.
