Is the GOP "out of touch" with women?

A recent CNN poll has 55% of Americans saying that the GOP doesn't understand women. Is it true that the GOP, and by extension Right-leaning Conservatives, really out of touch or is it just a perceived truth without merit? Is the GOP allowing the Liberals/Dems/Left to define to the public what they stand for?

Here is some of my personal experiences with PP in Marietta in the late 1980s thru the early 1990s. There were two women that my wife had "counseling" with and they had very differing views. The first lady advised her to sabotage the ******s and showed her how, then told her to have as many children as she could or wanted. Then quickly get divorced from me so that she could live off of welfare and child support. The second lady told her to never bring children into our marriage because men were "evil" and even though we were madly in love, eventually I would begin to brutalize her and the children so the best thing she could do was to divorce me and abort every pregnancy. Thank goodness she saw through them and their man hating ways as we now have two wonderful adult children.

an abortion shop?

ffs women also receive health care at these facilities such as pap smears, breast exams, testing for STD's and cancer, birth control that they otherwise might not get b/c of cost...there's probably more births prevented than abortions performed at these facilities...men need to keep there noses out of womens health b/c they know nothing about it...

Planned parent hood is a term like all other liberal terms: If they called it what it is, an abortion shop, people would find that distasteful.

The affordable care act is anything but. They had to disguise that one to get it passed.

I'm even a little pro choice but lets face it , abortion is the ultimate invasive procedure.

Lol, calling a TVU an invasive procedure as a way to promote a pro choice agenda has got to be one of the most uninformed statements I have ever read.

Meanwhile, back to the subject of this forum's topic, Ohwiseone.

Have you completed your survey yet about how many American women you successfully pushed to pull the levers in favor of Democrats, by having them vote with their v-aginas?

That tactic didn't seem to carry the day for you guys.

And, of course, if you had plans (@350 of them in fact) and you've experienced a stone wall to prevent them from coming to a vote in the US Senate (because Harry Reid stuffs them under his desk) THEN no one can criticize them...either.

Family planning and womens health clinics: you just can't get yourself to say abortion clinics.

If they were family planning and health clinics there would not be an issue, would there?

Try an separate the issues and you would have Bi-Partisan support.

Again you are appealing to your "stupids" in your constituency.

Poor ol' Sandra Fluck, a real trooper against the FABLED Republican "War on Women" (LOL), cut down by her own Liberals in California. THAT'S CALIFORNIA, ohwiseone!!! Now, she's headed off to the Failed Dustbin of Liberal Bad Ideas and Unfounded Beliefs with her taxpayer funded birth control pills under her arm.

Keep pushing your tripe about any "War on Women", Ohwiseone. I'm certain there's room for you to join her.

Republicans in many races were advocating over the counter birth control during this last election cycle.

I do not understand how a Democrat links the killing of a fetus with a war on women.

It is more like a war on a fetus.

In light of the EXTRAORDINARY (Obama's favorite word) mass of political victories by female and minority candidates, the fabricated "War on Women" has been debunked. Obama now has but one direction to turn. He WILL concentrate his efforts on creating as much racial animosity and immigration related turmoil as he can in order to promote his agenda. OHWISEONE, won't you consider that being ironic and rather true spot-revealing coming from a iconoclast that called himself a "Community Organizer"?

I'm certain that the friend of the working man (except when she served on the Board of Directors of WalMart), Hillary Clinton, is recalibrating her potential chances for the Brass Ring now, also. LOL

The Democrats (at least the Obama wing of it) will now switch propaganda tactics, since the "War on Women" scam fell apart (IMO). No doubt Obama is ready to stir all the trouble, behind the scenes, that he can if the Ferguson, MO Grand Jury fails to indict Officer Wilson. H-ell, I wouldn't be surprised if Eric Holder has radio dispatched teams stationed around St. Louis to act as agents provocateurs awaiting the go signal to stir trouble. Obama and his gang of Chicago political thugs WILL have there way and Innocents and justice be d-amned.
