Are the Second Amendment "rights" of Americans really being "threatened" - or is this complaint just another gimmick to get the right-wing, reactionary base "fired up" for 2012?

Well Bob, if you're not going to do it, I guess I'll have to ... Some of today's "pretend patriots" might want to look at what is happening in Egypt ... A real "revolution" isn't pretty ... Some Americans, however, are claiming that President Obama and his administration are "tyrants", and (in the words of failed Nevada Senatorial candidate Sharron Angle) "Second Amendment Solutions" might be needed ... Is she right? Or is she just "right-wing"? Inquiring minds want to know!

I have no problem with Faux taking a conservative viewpoint , but when they lie and mis-lead( and that seems to be always )they do no service to anyone ! And their constant barrage of bullcrap could possibly cause some weak-minded person to do something horrific !And there seems to be an over abundance of those types who are viewers of said network !

Free, I believe Rupert Murdoch started Fox, and he's a Brit! Given that there's ONE television outlet putting out a conservative viewpoint, and there's the 3 major networks, as well as a couple of cable outlets promoting the daily liberal lie, I have no idea why you'd be upset to see a single voice for the other side. Oh, you've got the public TV news promoting your lies on our dime too.

Yes Mod, that weather was fun! Columbus was having demolition derby practice the majority of the day!

moderation, i was wondering where my original post went. it is here under the wrong topic. i will say that i think joe is a more moderate host than many on msnbc. regarding this topic, i thought it was rather cheeky to drag a priest out to support stronger gun control. where was he during the marriage debates?

Munster , theres no need to start a new network to promote lies for the left when most on the networks are doing it already.

Not illegal, but real costly! About the cheapest I've seen was $6,500.00 for a M-2 Carbine. A very strict background check, moving it to anywhere from your home requires advising every law enforcement agency along the route of your trip. You have to get permission from your local chief LEO to own it, and pay for the $200.00 Tax Stamp. Same rules as for a SBR, or a silencer. Too much BS for me!

Hey Lovie, how's it going? Good to see you here rebutting the constant lies of the Obama crew in residence!

Reagan didn't put a "AWB" in place, Bill Clinton did. Reagan signed the Brady Bill, that requires background checks. Nowhere near the "same thing." But, I wouldn't expect you to do much anything other than bash Republicans, it's all you have!

Again ,Ronnie Rayguns did almost the same type of gun control and no republican said a word !But we dont want to talk about that !!!!

BeRight

On gun control, President Barack Obama was quoted as saying: “This is our first task as a society, keeping our children safe. This is how we will be judged. We can’t put this off any longer.” Or how about “If it saves one child, then it is worth it.” At the same time he supports on demand abortion, anytime anywhere. After 50 million abortions after Roe....Protect the children? What a crock.

Takiing advantage of a tragedy for political gain.
