I saw th einterview. Scalia told Fox News that the Second Amendment “undoubtedly” permits some restrictions on firearms. I specifically noted he did not use the word "banned" in his comments,

moderation: people on both sides of the issue. I favor extensive background checks and a 14 day waiting period after a positive check before a gun purchase. I do not favor limiting which guns a purchaser can buy or own. If that were the case for cars, you could pass a driving test but not be allowed to own a Corvette because they go to fast or an SUV because they casue to much damage when colliding with a smaller car.

Gun Appreciation Day: Lets appreciate the fact that 5 people were not "fatally" shot at gun shows today, only saying this as a precaution to those that want armed teachers and janitors etc., around ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. We are humans and we crucify perfection....

I agree,I dont see the attraction either. However it is another example of the futility of any weapons ban. A person with a will to get a weapon will always find a way.

"Single or limited use?" Spending all that cash for a 3-D printer to do something you can do with sheet metal and a welder? I don't see the attraction myself.

Stick, a single or limited use weapon would'nt require heat treating, think derringer or pepper gun. Most of the smaller handgun loads are fairly low pressure too, you can build a 22short zip-gun inside a plastic pen so the material would'nt need to be as strong as you might think.

I saw some police from NY on Hannity this morning that had to unload their mags to 7 rounds !!! They are Hot Hot over this. Cuomo does not even know what he is doing !!You can still own a semi auto rifle as long as it doesn't have a pistol grip or hold over 7 rounds which there are no 7 round mags !!

Munster- law enforcement is not jumping up and down with enthusiasm over this issue. I am sure there will be a concerted effort to document attendees. "WE"( using r1k's definition) will have faces, and names. Oh,and the data gleened from those devices mounted on cruisers to record license #'s will make 'HAL' a happy computer,... I mean, camper.
