While the Kasich administration is trying to eliminate worker rights in Ohio, is it also trying to give corporate polluters a pass by gutting the EPA?

It's definitely "payback" time, as Governor Kasich and his reactionary Statehouse cohorts are currently pushing the passage of no less than three pieces of legislation designed to allow corporations to overcome previous federal and state regulations and pollute Ohio to their hearts' (?) content ... State Senate Bill 2 would require state agencies like the EPA to "show that 'benefits' of anti-pollution laws would outweigh possible corporate costs" ... The proposed Senate Bill 22 and House Bill 72 would mandate a study of the costs to business of eliminating sewer overflows into streams ... "Love Canal" here we come!
